Committee Establishment
Create and manage an unlimited number of committees with separate governance structures; attach both member and non-member contact people to each committee; identify sub-committees and relationships to head committees.
Committee Meetings
Track committee meetings and attendance with the ability to invite committee members as well as non-members; control and publish committee minutes and documents.
Committee Member Communication
Communicate with committee members using mail/email/sms, including the ability to use templates for proforma announcements and notices. X-En will also store a preferred communication method for each individual committee member.
Committee Participation
An important statistic in committee management can be participation history which is maintained by X-En.
Committee Positions
Track committee positions and report and communicate with participants based on their position; track nominations and future appointments of committee participants.
